This is my entry for ^JunkbyJen's Think Pink III Contest.
Catergory:  Digital Painting/Airbrushing/Drawing It was inspired by J. Howard Miller's famous poster for Westinghouse, entitled 'We Can Do It!' "Since the 1970s, this poster has been mistakenly labeled Rosie the Riveter and has been reprinted on posters, magazine covers, and many other items." For more information: [link] I was only 11 when my mother lost her battle with Inflammatory Racing Breast Cancer in 1992, she was 51 years old. She fought long & hard over 2 1/2 years, she fought until she had no fight left... Thanks to all of the information and research that has been done in the last 16 years, we are detecting it earlier and have better drugs to fight it with when it is found. Hopefully, in my lifetime, we'll see an end to breast cancer... maybe even all cancer... October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so do your breast self exams, if you don't know how, check out this site Breast Self Exam... then encourage every woman you know to do hers, you might just help save a life and prevent another family from suffering the same tragedy I have.
